Project SummaryCloud-based waste management and recycling software; Omni-channel Routing, Dispatch and Customer Management. Includes the full suite of SaaS products integrated to serve all aspects of a residential waste management service: billing, inventory, accounting. None of this existed when I started. I spent two weeks on site in Denver to finalize the project. | SolutionDevelop a design system they could use to inform future iterations of the project. Each client has different needs for a design system. Companies unfamiliar with design standards and outsourcing design changes need libraries with more instruction than internal teams managing their own and evangelizing usability. That said, there is a lot of annotation here. |
